Patients, carers, relatives and members of the public are invited to submit nominations for the Patient Choice Award as part of our Staff Awards.
This award recognises a member of staff who has made a real difference to someone’s experience of care through kindness, compassion, respect, communication and excellence.
We want to hear about the people who go above and beyond every day – whether they made you feel listened to, supported you through a difficult time, or improved your experience in a meaningful way.

- Closing date: 31 July
Nominations will be reviewed and staff shortlisted will be invited to attend the Staff Awards ceremony, where the winner of the Patient Choice Award will be announced. Term and condition apply.
