Trust name confirmation – Bristol NHS Foundation Trust

From 1 July 2026, subject to final approvals to merge, we will come together as a single organisation called Bristol NHS Foundation Trust.
This marks the next step in a journey that began with our Joint Clinical Strategy (2024) and the move to closer working as Bristol NHS Group.
Our aim is the same as it has been throughout our shared journey: to deliver seamless, equitable high-quality care organised around patients and not structures.
What will not change is our focus on delivering outstanding care, our commitment to our staff, our patients and to the communities we serve.
