2022 Estates and Facilities Staff Recognition Awards

Welcome to the Estates and Facilities Staff Recognition Awards!

Awards are for staff within the Estates, Facilities and Capital departments across the Trust (all sites including Weston General Hospital) who meets one or more of the following criteria:

1. They go the ‘extra mile’ to support colleagues and deliver team objectives;
2. Conducts themselves in a way which exemplifies one or more of the Trust Values or Team Charter;
3. Has overcome adversity or pressures/demands, which is believed to deserve being recognised as being out of the ordinary.

The categories are:

1. Apprentice Award - A person who has completed an apprenticeship within 2022 and applies knowledge to the permanent role.
2. Divisional Admin Staff Award - A person recognised as working to the values and going above and beyond in their administrative role.
3. Estates Staff Award - A person recognised as working to the values and going above and beyond in their Estates role.
4. Capital Staff Award - A person recognised as working to the values and going above and beyond in their Capital role.
5. Facilities Staff Award - A person recognised as working to the values and going above and beyond in their Facilities role.
6. Manager, Supervisor and Team Leaders Award - A person recognised as working to the values and going above and beyond in their manager, supervisor and team leader role.
7. Divisional Thank You Award - Other divisions nominates an E&F person for supporting them above and beyond in their working day.
8. Team Award - A team recognised for working together, to the Trust Values and delivering a quality services.
9. Trust Values Award - A person who demonstrates working to the values every day.  

Staff cannot nominate themselves and must be nominated by a fellow member of UHBW staff.

All nominations must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 16 September 2022.
