Health Matters Events

Health Matters is the Trust's programme of public information and engagement events for Foundation Trust members, staff, and members of the public. The aim of these events is to raise awareness of projects and teams in UHBW, and celebrate the amazing work going on. They can also be used to gain an insight into our Foundation Member's thoughts on certain projects and get feedback on plans for the future of UHBW. Events are held both online or face-to-face, and can be held any time of the day or evening and are attended by the Council of Governors as another way for Foundation Trust Members to speak to the Governors and raise issues or even compliments about the Trust.

The events are run by the Corporate Governance Team, who have a wealth of knowledge in running these events and engaging with the public. If you have any suggestions for topics please let us know by emailing foundationtrust@uhbw.nhs.uk.

Meet your Governor events - Tell us what matters to you

Governors are keen to get out and about and find out what matters to the people who use our hospitals. We are hoping to hold Meet your Governor events in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire over the coming year - Join our Trust as a member to be one of the first to hear about all of our membership events.
